STJM can only offer financing to clients with a European (Not just EU) asset base. As a rule of thumb, STJM can will provide finance up to 20% of the clients net wealth.
Limited to:
- Up to 65% finance of the yacht cost
- A lease term of 5-7 years
- A final bullet payment of 10% - 30% at the end of the term
